I'm 42 years old, married, a beautiful wife who I will love till my last breath, 3 amazing children, a good career and relatively good health. Yet this song makes me want to go back and do it all over again, find my teenage self and let me know that all the pain you've experienced and still will in your 20's will be worth it in the end, that you'll be okay, you will.

Sobbing as I listen to this song. My husband passed away at age 49 in March this year. His name was Shawn Patrick Allen, and he shared a birthday of March 17 with Billy, and a love for the Chicago Cubs. Smashing Pumpkins was one of our heart bands, and yes indeed... "We were sure we would never see an end to it all". Timeless, even though all of our times will end.
