Gracie describes avoidant attachment so well. The constant longing for love and attachment you can’t help but reject when you finally get it. The guilt you feel and the feeling that you don’t deserve anyone’s love but craving it anyways. Self-sabotaging because you can’t bear to show your real self to anyone, even when that person says they will love you anyway. Realising that you are the cause of all of your pain but not being able to stop the pattern. Hoping someone will see something in you even though you know you’ll just end up destroying them and yourself. Wondering if you even deserve love at all. Hit The Wall is for the people with avoidant attachment. I see you, I’m one of you <3
