After the military, college, career, family and now retirement, here I am trying to figure out the next phase. I picked up a bike again and sometimes I just hit the road. No phone, no friends, no nothing except my dog, bike, camping gear and some tunes. At 56 I'm rediscovering the simplicity in life, ie; being a "Simple Man". I've let my hair and beard grow out so much that I look homeless now. I can't even drink coffee in public without someone wanting to drop some change in my cup. 🤣😂 It's a short ride folks. I remember turning 30 last month. Keep an eye on the destination, but enjoy the ride. It goes by pretty quick. Blink and you'll miss it I'm remembering that I'm American by birth and Southern by the grace of God. Folks, be proud of where you are from and who you are, no matter where you are. Thank you, boys. My daddy taught me this song 35 years ago. Even though he's gone now, I can still feel him holding me tightly in this song. Love ya Dad, miss you terribly.
