Every order placed through neop is covered by our 100% guarantee. It applies in three situations:
- An invalid ticket or one refused at the door — you're fully refunded, or offered an equivalent replacement ticket.
- An event cancelled with no replacement — the amount you paid is fully refunded.
- An event postponed — your ticket stays valid for the new date, or you can request a refund if the new date doesn't work for you.

We acknowledge every request within 48 business hours and process refunds or replacements within 14 days of your case being confirmed.
