In his 9 year career he has released four singles, five albums and another was planned for November 2006, delayed now until 2007 due to removal of a benign brain tumour. His debut album entitled The Voice followed in May 2001, a mixture of operatic arias and covers of pop songs, topping the UK classical music charts and eventually reaching number five in the UK album charts.

My husband found this magnificent song when he knew he was dying…..I listen to it often to pay tribute to him! There will ALWAYS be someone there to remember you my love!
I held my mother for 16 hours while she was dying over 30 years ago. So looked at me with her beautiful blue eyes while I told her it was o.k. to go and see her baby brother. This song eased some of my grief. Thank you sir.
When my son passed away in February 2024 very unexpectedly from a sudden cardiac arrest, my.daughter, his elest sister, suggested this song for his funeral. It sums up our Dan and how we felt about him. We are still devastated at his loss but as Russell says, the space he's left no one can fill and he will always be remembered well. We all love and miss him so much 😢 💔 x
Oh my goodness, what a beautiful song! And what a beautiful rendition! My husband passed away almost 7 years ago after a 22 year battle with Cancer. We had such a sweet and tender love story. He is the great love of my life. I am now 81 and so look forward to being with him again in the heavens for eternity . Our 55 years together were heaven sent. I along with our 5 children and many grandchildren and great grandchildren , honor him and cherish our memories of his good life.
